Registering your child at The Sandpiper Nursery School can be divided into two major sections, The Fall Program and The Summer Program. You may request registration forms via the contact section of our site or copies of all necessary forms may be downloaded below. Each form is in .jpg format and should be viewable/printable on any computer.
Please be sure to fill out all forms included in each package in their entirety. If you only intend to enroll your child in one program, i.e. just The Summer Program, you need only complete the forms in that program's package.
